About the product
The Elrandos sensor module is a wireless extension for the Elrandos Dashboard gauge that lets it show readings the ECU does not provide. It connects to a Bosch 0 261 544 01F sensor, which measures pressure and temperature at the same time - e.g. of oil or fuel.
Compatibility: Elrandos Dashboard and Elrandos Dashboard V2. The module links to the gauge wirelessly, with no signal wiring between them - all it needs is 12 V from the car.
The module is part of the Elrandos system and works exclusively with an Elrandos Dashboard or Elrandos Dashboard V2 gauge - that is where all readings are displayed. The module has no display of its own and does not work with third-party devices, so it requires one of the Elrandos gauges to operate.
Two input configurations: 2× Bosch 0 261 544 01F sensor (e.g. oil and fuel), or 1× Bosch sensor + 1 Bosch NTC temperature sensor with the 2.5 kΩ / 20 °C characteristic (e.g. 0 280 130 026 - gearbox or differential) + 1 0-5 V input. The 0-5 V input accepts e.g. a Bosch MAP boost sensor 0 261 230 119 or the 0-5 V analogue output of an AFR (wideband) controller.
Measurement: pressure 0-10 bar, temperature -40 to 150 °C. Readings every 200 ms - the display keeps up with changes in real time.
DIY kit - you build the wiring harness and install the module in the car yourself. Included: the module, a 12-pin connector with crimp terminals, a plug for the Bosch sensor and the connector pinout diagram. Sensors are not included. Pairing with the gauge is started from its settings.
Important: the module has no IP rating. Mount it where it is protected from splashes and water, e.g. inside the cabin.
